Sometimes a certain location isn't the right fit for you as a customer, we understand that latency or other connectivity problems can cause an issue, and in this event we are able to move you to a new location within Dediserve's global network. 

IMPORTANT - Please be aware that this involves simply moving the service from one cloud to another, active VMs will be lost from Flexible Resources and Fixed Instances will be reset to template during the transfer, so please ensure you have a recent backup before requesting the move.
