Troubleshooting - My VM won't boot

What to do if your VM is not booting

In some rare instances there may be some delay or difficulty in getting a VM to boot, this can be caused by a number of issues including high load on the host, or a disk check and repair during boot.

On these occasions it is important that you do not submit multiple reboot or "Force Off" requests via the GUI. Continually requesting reboots when a VM is booting has the potential to cause irreparable data corruption.

If your VM is not accessible after 15 minutes, please contact our support team and we will look into it urgently for you.
